Offers - Rescue an app in trouble

A rebuild that never ends, a blown budget, a developer who no longer answers, an app that crashes or that Apple rejects: when an app is in trouble, the hardest part is often knowing where to start.

These offers are about taking back control. We first recover your access (code, App Store and Google Play accounts, signing key), then give you an honest assessment of the app before proposing anything.

Each offer has a published price and a stated timeline. The goal is not to rebuild everything on principle, but to get your app working and back on the stores, at the fairest cost.

How to choose?

  • You don't know exactly what is wrong. The App Rescue Audit gives a full assessment: access, code, security, dependencies, store compliance. It ends with a costed verdict: save, partly rebuild or start over.
  • Apple rejected your app. The App Store rejection diagnosis analyzes the reason for the rejection, then we fix the app and resubmit it. If the rejection hides a deeper problem, the diagnosis tells you.
  • Google or Apple emailed you, or an update is blocked. The Google Play and App Store compliance offer brings the app up to the required level (Android 16, Xcode 26) and republishes it, even if your developer is gone.

Frequently asked questions

My app does not work well: where do I start?
With an assessment before any decision. The GUIGUI Tech App Rescue Audit (€1,500 excl. VAT, 5 business days) checks your access, the code, security, dependencies and store compliance, then recommends saving, partly rebuilding or rebuilding the app, with a costed plan. If the only problem is an Apple rejection or a Google Play block, a targeted offer is enough.
My developer is gone: can my app be taken over?
Yes, in most cases, as long as the source code can be accessed. GUIGUI Tech starts by listing what is in your name and what is missing: code repository, App Store Connect and Google Play Console accounts, Android signing key, hosting, API keys. The free qualification call is used to check this before starting the rescue audit.
Apple rejected my app or Google is blocking my updates: what should I do?
For an Apple rejection (guidelines 4.2, 4.3, 2.1…), GUIGUI Tech offers a fixed-price diagnosis at €500 excl. VAT in 2 business days, then costed fixes and resubmission to the App Store. For an email from Google or Apple about technical requirements (Android 16, Xcode 26), store compliance starts at €2,500 excl. VAT and takes 1 to 3 weeks, even if your developer is gone.
Should a badly built app be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. A badly built app can often be saved or partly rebuilt, which costs less than a full rebuild. The decision depends on the state of the code, security and dependencies: that is exactly what the GUIGUI Tech App Rescue Audit settles, for €1,500 excl. VAT, with a reasoned and costed verdict.
